TAI CHI
Tai Chi is a very gentle form of exercise, quite slow and not at all strenuous despite exercising the whole body in our one hour sessions.
No special clothes or equipment are required and this style does not require a large area to practise, because of this once the sequences have been learnt it is possible to practise at home.
It is also suitable for any age, members range from their 20’s to our most Senior member who is over 90 and still practises 3 – 4 times a week
